I love this! I have no idea just how useful it could be, but the concept is great and I would definitely buy it. I just wonder how precise or accurate the colors are. For instance, if the apple is under shade or under direct sunlight, does it influence the resulting red color?

I think if they actually got around to developing something like that, CMYK would be better than RBG. If they ever make it, though, you can bet I'll be drooling over it! Not that I do a lot of drawing…

I'm surprised that nobody has pointed out the fact that it's impossible to mix colors subtractively using an additive color palette. It would have to be CMYK based, the RGB primaries are for light, not pigment.

that is really cool, i prefer using a tablet though, that ink probably gets expensive, might as well go all out and get a tablet with photoshop.
