Each of these items might take more than 5 minutes each, but doing one of them each day would make a big difference in removing clutter from your area.
- Remove all of your scribbled napkins and post-its from around your area & record the info
- Grab and test all of your pens, markers, and stick them into an office mug on your desk
- Grab a small stack of papers from your Inbox: Eliminate, File, Sign or Scan each piece
- Do a quick survey of your office and return borrowed items, or recycle that dead stapler
