How Americans spend their day

This doesn’t surprise me in the least. We all need to sleep, eat & drink, do some household stuff and work.

However, I do find it interesting that watching TV has such a large bump. Before TV, it must have been spread out over the other categories like socializing and religious activities. 🙂

I am noticing that when we have a TV around, we do watch it an awful lot, even if I don’t find it particularly interesting or necessary.

It’s nice background noise.

Without the TV around, we seem to find other things to do like read.
