Getting motivated to do something


I made a resolution to yogify in 2011, and by January 7th I still hadn’t stuck to a single day of actually doing yoga.

I woke up on January 7th and then decided I wasn’t going to be a slacker any more.

I set the timer on my iPod Touch to 30 minutes and started stretching.

I didn’t check the clock until it rang and by the end of it, I had done it. My first successful session.

All it took was setting a timer and just making myself start.

How do you get motivated when you’re tired or just not feeling it?
