This had its own subway (SMRT) stop, so it was crazy easy to find.

We exited and there was a long path before we reached the gardens itself, which were actually FREE

We wandered around, took lots of photos and loved it even though it was super humid.

I think the pink globs are snail eggs. Sooo many of those in the lake near our place. You’re Singapore posts are really fantastic. I’m going there this month and this just made me more excited than I already am! If you can share your itinerary please? xoxo

Fantastic close-ups of the butterfly! Particularly the first one where the background is out of focus. Did you manage to get them like that when you took them or did you have to do a bit of manipulating in Photoshop?

The pictures are beautiful! And the pink globs are eggs of some kind. Probably snail eggs? At least that’s what they looked like in our pond at home (in the states) when our snails started procreatin’.
