Well…after 1st baby we realised you don’t need a baby bathtub at all. It’s a real pain to fill and drain them. We had a separate one and one that went with a change table/dresser, and never used either for baby #2.
Newborns can be bathed at a comfy height in your biggest sink, and once baby holds its head up and is too big for sink, just bathe in your own bath or with you in the shower.
