I have never been so excited in my life, watching an apartment transform the way his did.

It’s small, but it’s perfectly efficient & he has utilized every single square inch to its utmost potential.

330 square feet!! It looks like the space of OUR apartment but is way cooler than what I’m living in right now.

It’s amazing.

One-room simplicity:

To eliminate media, use a computer.
Store wardrobe and kitchen items in pull-out baskets beneath a sofabed.
Use the sofa to study, dine, etc.

OMG! I’ve seen the video about his apartment, and I was just shocked with what I saw! It’s just amazing! He’s so clever! Isn’t it pretty ironic that his apartment has 24 transformable rooms? Architecture is really advancing today! Many people would be loving the style of his apartment, too!

That was so amazing to watch! I agree with the poster who said he had way too many CDs. Who needs CDs these days? Just wow. It really makes you rethink your own apartment needs!

Holy cow! This is the perfect minimalist place…I could totally rock this, although lifting the bed each day might get a little old, but well worth it! Great work.

I love this. I've really noticed that we only use our bedroom to sleep . . .but we could probably just as easily transform our living room into our bedroom at night with a fold down bed (they are just great!). If this allowed us to buy a house that was that much smaller, it would make me happy–less to clean, less money sunk into housing. I'd also love to have an office area that could be closed off, like the sleeping area. . .excellent design.

It’s a amazing place: Rowdy Kittens had already posted it (and me to) a while ago.

My previous dorm room was even smaller than this flat: Just over 7m2 (excluding the kitchen, toilet and bathroom: they were shared). But the tiny space wasn’t a problem. I could easily life there, and had everything I needed (and more than I needed). It lets you (re)think the stuff you really need/want, and shows you just what is enough.
